ABOUT
Dr. Christopher J.
Dr. Chris has been helping people for over two decades, and always looks forward to walking with them on their journey.
He believes everyone has the capacity to create more positive emotions, positive thoughts, constructive behaviors, healthy relationships, and adaptive coping strategies.
Of course, having the capacity to change your life and changing your life are two different things. Dr. Chris collaboratively helps you build a new path forward leading to your goals, vision, and personal growth!
Dr. Chris started his college career in business school, and soon realized he was more interested in mental health, organizational culture, and positive leadership than in accounting, economics, and finance.
This led to a passion for clinical psychology, human development, industrial psychology, career counseling, and sports psychology.
Dr. Chris combines his passion for psychology and helping people in his therapy practice.
Therapeutic Philosophy
Explain your core values, like empathy, respect, and non-judgment, and what clients can expect in terms of support and guidance.
Dr. Chris creates a safe space where you can share the most important things going on in your life. He creates an environment full of empathy, respect, support, constructive conversation, and sometimes humor.
Clients quickly find out Dr. Chris genuinely cares, and will actively engage in meetings with questions, support, validation, and constructive feedback.Of course, sometimes clients need to be heard and have a voice.
This is also a space where clients find they have a real voice, and their thoughts, feelings, and ideas matter.
